He said early in the morning there will be praying in the mosque to wake him up, tat's juz a description! I dun c any form of insulting here! 剛剛在“當今大馬”讀了這一篇新聞：“不公开道歉国庆日后报警”文化部长发最后通谍给黄明志”，心理抽了口凉氣，他們打算繼續打壓行動，以恐嚇的方式為自己找一個下台階，你打算怎麼樣？他們連你的父親的辨解也拖下水，我真的很憤怒，也很為你擔心，因為你現在處于一個進退兩難的局面。
正如我所說，沒有人有權力要求你去犧牲，但以目前的情行是：要嘛你繼續嗆聲，不然就苟且偷生，因為似乎并沒有一個灰色地帶可以讓你喘口息。

文化部长发最后通谍给黄明志

艺术、文化与文物部长莱斯雅丁今日针对改编国歌的麻坡网络创作歌手黄明志发出最后通谍
莱斯雅丁告诉马来报章《大都会日报》说，若黄明志没有显示出悔改之意，并为他的举止道歉，就可以被视为国家叛徒，而文化部将会在8月31日国庆日之后针对此事报警。
他透露，该部已经把相关资料提呈给国安部，并等待国安部定夺采取何种对付行动。不过，若国安部没有采取任何法律对付行动，莱斯雅丁指出，文化部则将转而提呈此事给总检察署。
他也说，虽然要援引法律对付“国家叛徒”并不容易，但是黄明志改编国歌之举，仍可以在国歌法令和煽动法令之下被对付。
“文化部的建议是谕令有关学生回国面对法律行动，若被判有罪，他应该要向马来西亚政府道歉，以便化解有关的风波。”
莱斯雅丁也驳斥黄明志父亲黄安熙的辩解，即其孩子的举动只是一种玩笑，反之强调黄明志的举动将会威胁国家团结。
另一方面，巫青团副团长凯里也异口同声同意说，侮辱国歌以及其他种族的举动并不可以被视为一种玩笑，反之是一种大错，并赞成对付黄明志。
他认为，为了避免他人有样学样模仿，拿种族及宗教问题来开玩笑，必须尽早杜绝这个现象。
“我本身已经看过有关的短片，并无法接受这是一个玩笑，因为它不止侮辱国歌，也具有煽动因素因为侮辱其他民族，尤其是马来人。”
凯里强调，言论自由也有极限，就算类似的举动在网络流传，政府也必须监督，因为受影响的国人可能针对网络流传的东西做出回应，并撩起他们的不满情绪。
“若没对付通过网络和部落格进行煽动的人士，就好象给予他们一张空头支票，随意刊登可以危害国家和谐的东西。”

我是在籍的高中一生,我记得在我6年级的时候,我在澳州的一份华文报章的报道。 提到从马来西亚移民到澳洲的华人,很多都是专材,而他们都不愿意回马来西亚服务,导致人才流失。
为什么马来西亚不可以好像美国一样。对任何的种族都一视同仁。美国有很多种族都是从外移民到美国,但是不论是华人、白人、黑人等都有机会继任成为美国总统（只要在美国出生）我觉得马来西亚不应该扁担任何一个种族。 为什么很多SPM成绩考得很好的华人和印度人都不可已经大学,而一些马来人的成绩比这些成绩好的人来的差。可是他们有机会进本地大学? 没有机会进本地大学的莘莘学子,家庭又无法负担送他们出国的...那那就不可以继续深造了！
大马就是非常缺乏象你这类懂得”批判”的年轻人.
别让那些狗官吓倒,国家需要你的”督促”.

I don't understand what's the big deal about this song. If M'sian govt feel this is irrespect, what about Sudirman wearing clothing made from National Flag during SEA games' closing ceremony in the 80s? The flag covered his body, AND surrouding his underparts. He had yards of "tail" behind him, dragging the flag across the stage & over the dirt. Isn't that irrespectful too? Why was the govt cheering & allowing him singing on a cross-national event, while being harsh on this incident. Is it fair?

As a Malaysia Chinese, the term "citizen" does not come out right. I really don't think any of us feel like being taken care or protected by the stupid Malay ruled government. On the contrary, we are just the resources for the them, because we are the MAJOR TAXPAYER.
What you have did is absolutely right! What ashameful being the ownership of the country like us, couldn't have the right to comment our country.

However, I must say that we do have a lot of disagreement towards our gov. To all,
I am a malaysian chinese staying in malaysia. Please stay calm to all these sensitive comments. Here everyone can write in comment without exposing their identities, so v dunno they r chinese, malays, or indians. Please don't be easily influenced by their emotional outpost. When dealing with all these comments, v should stay neutral and analysing the facts, by looking for the evidences and proves.
Namewee wrote the song. It was a very good song if it did not touch on any sensitive issues. If v can stay neutral while listening, that song actually reflects the real scenarios and truth in Malaysia. He did not really put any judgements on any parties. Except one thing, the title of the song "NEGARAKUKU". But then that also depends on how you interpret it, either it's NEGARAKU-KU, or NEGARA-KUKU.
When v read some articles, v always put in our personal feelings and judgement which was influenced by our cultures and backgrounds. That's why an article can be interpreted differently by different ppl. So, if i were muslim and government, definitely i will get insulted and angry. But! If u see it as a purely artistic creation, it's neutral. Of coz, no ones will create something for nothing. Everything is there for a reason. But things always being misused by human beings, eg. TNT was created to blow off rocks and mountains for the purpose of development, but nowadays it's also used as massive destruction weapon. Now you see, everything on the earth has the good and evil, it's double bladed sword.
I pledged all of you out there, please comment this issue neutrally. If anything too emotionally exploded, we may go into a situation like Indonesia. When our country is in deep shit, no one benefits. Our economy went to hell, ppl shedding blood killing each other... and after the riots, our achievements reverse to 50 years ago and we have to start all over again. Do you want to see that happen? It's so clear in front of ur eyes that what's happening in Indonesia, Iraq, etc. When we handle conflict, we should use a peaceful way, not a violence way. A contructive idea is useful, a destructive action is stupid and self-destroying. If i were malays, i will seek peace too and not using the way that indonesians did. For all other races, please be careful on your speech, be aware that "AMOK" is a cultural psychiatric problem in SEA. When ppl "MENGAMOK", u r the one suffering.
For Namewee's song, he praised chinese is good. Personally i think that's only a matter of majority and minority. We can't take it as a fact or absolute correct statement. Among the good there are bad, and there are good ppl in some bad guys too, relatively i mean. Among those Malays, there are great leaders that I salute too. and among those chinese leaders, there are stupid fellas that pissed me off too. So, no one is actually perfect, and this is a worldwide fact.
How good is our government, we all know if we are a mature adult citizens. If we said the government is sucking our blood, they are not only sucking chinese blood, they also sucked the Malays, Indians, Kadazandusun, Iban, orang asli... etc. But at least they gave peace to our land, making it a stable place for living.
We are the citizens of Malaysia, the votes are in our hands. If we dislike a government, change it during the election. What we need is a good government. A more transparent government. Politicians serve us, not we follow every single word of theirs. Rules are made by human, and it can be ammended by human too. Here comes again the power of majority and minority.

我不明白为什么我们的友族同胞如此的没有自信。什么事情都必须被政府维护着。每天翻开报纸看见的种种问题，都让我感到很无力。我过一段时间以后就从学院毕业了。但是我恐惧的是，这小小世界还有什么工作是可以让我做的？如果我可以写歌的话，我会加入你的行列。
但是有一件让我很伤心的事情是，我在书店里遇到一个平常不太爱说话的华人女生，并且我不经意谈起Negarakuku的案件，她居然回答我说：“这个人怎么那么没有文化！”当时，我马上愣在那里。后来深入谈到，我发现她并没有真正的去看你写的歌，而是看了扭曲事实的报导后对你作出她自认为没问题的评语。只是因为kuku＝弟弟而去评断一个人。会不会太武断了呢？这样是不是跟所谓没有文化的人有很大的差异？
虽然很多友族同胞未必如你所言般的懒惰，但是你已经道出了绝大部分的事实。佩服你的勇气之余，我担心你回来大马的时候会遇到问题。虽然你也许选择不回来，但是你家人毕竟在这里。
看你剪接的手法，让我很震惊。究竟那些片段是在那里拍的？好厉害。对了，告诉你，我是KL人，对你所写的Kawanku，在这里要跟你谈谈。首先要说的是－－－原来麻玻人觉得KL人说广东话＝华人之间用英文沟通吗？这真的吓了我一跳。突然惊觉我的世界太小。感谢你写了这首歌让我更了解其他地方的华人。还有，因为KL人从小就生活在语言混杂的社会，所以什么语言都可以作为对话用。我知道的语言就有客家话、广东话、华语、马来语和英语。我不会福建话，但是我觉得什么语言都好，可以沟通就可以了。甚至其实在说广东话时，并没有任何觉得自己很厉害的意思。就如同你在说自己的母语一样的自然。不要觉得不开心哦。
