Is there a way for Malaysians to live harmoniously? I do believe there is, but it would require a change of attitudes of every Malaysian. A country can be like a family, and the government as the parents. So all the citizens are their children. No matter whether you are Chinese or Malay or Indian, we are all brothers and sisters. Also I think the quota policy and the privilege policy should be abolished, because those policies destroy the potential goodwill and friendships between the different races. Every Malaysian must begin to believe in the "Malaysian Dream," not just "Malaysia Boleh!" . All must believe and strive for a day when hard work by each individual will be rewarded and when equal opportunity will be the goal for Malaysian humanity. I hope that, Malaysians, will have freedom and human equality, just like the freedom and equality enjoyed in many countries.

一個國家的誕生在於共識的產生
一個國家的延續發展在於意志的推動
首先，我請問對於國家行動怠惰、民主人權不彰的批判，可謂對國家造成威脅？
而沒有了這些批判，這些事情是不是就不存在而不至讓外國知道呢？
這些陳腔濫調的批判在社會底層翻來覆去了多少年
沒有發現過這些事情沒有批評過這些錯誤的人請舉手
舉手的人閃一遍，沒舉的，我請問
你們所看所說的是不是與這位王先生所唱的很接近，甚至一樣？
那爲甚麽他有罪而你們沒有罪呢？
因爲他講得太大聲？像孫文一樣去殺人，所以被人道主義判罪？
問題是孫文沒罪，因爲他掌握了群體的意志，在自由和正義的前提下。
那些聼了似曾相識，頗有同感甚至很爽的人，應該不少吧？
你們也是國民，也是國家意志的組成部分
王先生找到了與廣大民衆長久以來的共識
所以他也掌握了國家基於自由與正義範圍内的的意志
那麽在自由、正義以及平等之下的是非判斷中，他何罪之有？
我嘮叨了一坨民權意識，要說的就是人民才是國家的主人
而身為主人的各位，你們對王被判罪的認同感真的來自於他不尊重你們的國歌嗎？
或是自己心中被避忌的部分被他暴露在與當權者最敏感的界限上？
表面的形式重要還是國家的意志、理念、民權的價值重要？
現在來談現實的，王先生所作所爲並沒有剝奪他人權利、損害國家發展甚至可能間接為馬來西亞的名字打廣告
不說利害關係，談精神層面的尊重
反對者指王改編國歌，試問在巫文的歌詞和旋律中有哪個部分被刪改了？
一首國歌有完整的節拍、旋律和歌詞，在這三者之一被修改的情況下才可被稱爲改編
現在王只是引用國歌部分來進行個人創作《Negarakuku》，這已經是一首全新創作
曲風不莊嚴，中文歌詞也佔大部分，這已經不是國歌，何來改編國歌？
巫文國歌歌詞的原意原封不動，國歌部分的背景畫面也都是我國美麗的景色和美好事物
又何來扭曲國歌對我國的讚頌之意？
如果引用能被定罪，那麽印尼官方是不是也有必要控告馬來西亞侵犯他國非物質文化產物以及知識產權？
（*馬來西亞國歌旋律的前身是印尼的民謠情歌——《我的月亮》）
王明志的創作被官方發現不出奇
那些都是十足的本地腔創作，如果本地人懂得比外國遲，那又差了一節
選擇讓華人部長以如此表面和形式的罪名提出警告算是中央打對了算盤
至少對國内算是出了一口悶氣，自己有了下臺階，也沒挑起敏感課題
接著，如果國内沒有其他聲音或沒說太大聲的話，不論贊同反對
料那些大頭應該會再三對網絡言論自由風波警告幾次，風頭一過，也省得去臺灣抓人了。
所以以王明志現在的位置，應該不會非常危險
只要他這兩個月少講幾句，然後假假表示一下歉意無意傷害國歌
基於愛國本意，當局也無甚理由非將他打入牢獄不可，況乎華人部長。
王明志的英雄形象是在受到威脅后而加深的
事情淡了，挺他罵他的人還會不會堅持地對一個遠在寶島的MV製作人評頭論足已不重要
重要的是，大選在即。
那些說他票還沒投過、稅沒繳過、沒有實際行動的人們以及挺他的fans
能夠用怎樣的行動來為這個國家、國旗、國歌裏自由與正義的理念正名？

第三，在马来西亚本地的华人，你们也醒醒吧。口口声声说警察贪污，问问自己，又多少次你们不是为避免麻烦而给kopi duit的吗？再问自己，捐了多少钱建立华教？问问自己，帮自己的孩子补习数学，英文，有没有补习华文？多少个华人肯当教师，尤其是华文教师？多少个华人愿意参政，尤其是华人社团？多少个华人没有利用政府的贪污来方便自己的生意和生活？多少个华人肯守望相助？痛心，痛恻心扉啊。
华人啊华人。我们都醒醒吧。问问自己为什么到如斯地步？真的是完完全全马来政府的错？国家兴亡，匹夫有责。希望大家好好想想。
无论你以后会怎样， 我们都会支持你。。

正好说中了我们的心声，政府是时候要正视这个问题了，不然在不久的今天，马来西亚就不再有华人，或者会沦落到像印尼的情形一样，当然我不希望这种事会发生在我们身上。。。。
我也是独中的一份子，你的情况，我很了解，但我真的要感谢我的父母，很坚持地把我们三兄妹，送入独中求学，支持华人文化的延续。。
最看不起的就是，那些看不起华文教育的华人同胞，而坚持把孩子送入马来学校。。
现在，我在一间私立大学就读，一年花了大概两万马币的学费，完成我的学士学位。
如果，独中生也能进国立大学，那，我那将结婚的哥，也不用因为供我读书，而结不成婚了，而且供我读书的钱，还要从台湾赚回来。。。
独中生，有着太多太多不平等的待遇，我们只是想要延续自己的文化，学习自己的母语，为什么，这样，也被看是在对抗政府？

The modified negaraku song is telling truth and great job and nice MTV (style and presentation). However, what the author (ming chee) want anyway?? he want to wake up all Malaysian (that's good, i support), then for what?? to fight the government, have a war with the government or trigger another racial war in Malaysia (as in 13 Mei)?? what you think?? or just for fun and his joyfulness and feeling of getting more people to support him for nothing?? Please make clear this before you all supporting him in the first place (suggest).. Anyway, he is telling the truth but i would be respecting him more, if he could recommend a plan, organize a team and execute what needs to be done for the Malaysian community, since he knew the weakness of country (instead of mere singing). If he could do, i would be very happy (instead of singing in Taiwan), no need to make a big success in changing Malaysia (although i wish and want to). And, you all also can do something since you are his fans, please think of what can you all contribute to Malaysia society, starting now. can you?? anyway, what you have done for the society so far?? The fact remains clear that the Malaysia government rob of the national assets just to benefit a few of their own and wasted the rest to make them feel good such as the twine tower in KL from oil money and a project that Malaysian doesn’t participated, same goes when they are putting Mat space on a Russian space ship and again millions of dollars are wasted just to create the false “Boleh” feeling where in actual fact putting a monkey up in space has more significant. The majority of the people from East Malaysia are non-Malays and they have lost their forest and oil to finance all this corrupted leaders’ projects. Very soon the country will run dry from oil and timber resources which would be much earlier than 2020. Imagine the Ibans and the Kandazans were so hopeful when joining Malaysia in 1963 only to regret that the government squanders off their oil and timber and now the government even claims the country to be an Islamic state.

I like this song very much. I always laugh when listening to this song because it is very funny.
The reality from this song is the government has to accept the reality in our society.
So unfair to the other races, racist. When comes to cars also unfair to the people. Why must impose taxes that is so high to imported cars to the extent of protecting Proton. Totally unfair!!!! Cars company should compte on equal footing.
When comes to education, I never like to study in university. Why ? Quota system ? I know I had to fight with the Malays to enter university. In the end I chose to study for professional exams and I can tell you that the % of Malays taking accountancy professional exams are very little. Majority are Chinese. Why ? Perhaps there are afraid to face the reality of failing an examination. There are being spoofed until university level. To be honest I failed a few times in the professional exams before passing everything in 2002 (started in 1998).
I really respect those Malay members of accountancy professionl bodies in Malaysia because I know they had gone through the difficulty of passing a professional exams like me before. If you ask me to select which candidate for employment, local university or professional accountancy bodies, I would select professional accountncy bodies candidate. Why ? Those local university graduates quality are appalling especially with those bunch of idiot Malays which made up the majority, being spoonfed up to university level (not all local university graduates are like that.
I put this challenge to the Malays accounting graduates from local university. If you dare, sign up and take professional exams. If you pass, you'll earn my respect. I doubt that the Malays will outnumber the Chinese in accountancy professional bodies in Malaysia unless the Malays can prove that they can do it.

Let's put the cards on the table..
There are not many rooms (and freedom) to make a differece. If there were, could someone please tell me why Ming Chee has been whacked by the government? Just because of a song? For me, this speaks the loudest. It simply says that Malaysia has no freedom or has no tolerance to accomodate diversity. That is all.
Those who proclaimed high and low that we should do something are, sadly, too idealistic. If things can be changed, we would not come to this point, no?
I dare to ask - how many of you are willing to risk going to jail in order to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
Do you know what is the best way to help the Malaysia Chinese? Give the next generation a better environment to grow up and spare them the pain of growing up under such an oppressed and asinine government. Your children deserve the best. Move! Move overseas. Call me selfish but that is a prudent move.

I wonder why Malays are called Melayu in bahasa? Do you know what is the meaning of melayu in bahasa? means fading out and does it reflects to the people too?
I don't think 明志 did this video for racist purpose, he do music he found the best way to rant out the unfairness, corruption,double standard of government towards the chinese communities perhaps indians as well thru the music. Music is the best way to interpret to the communities but this is not misuse of music. Like madonna's song to the environment awareness.....
If you want to have a change, vote wisely in this coming general election. Chinese who stay or live in overseas should come back to M'sia to give your vote, vote out the BN! then we can save our beloved country!

Why did you misquote in your lyric to insult malays and islam? You should hate Barisan Nasional, because BN only helps those who support them. Do you know? Example in Kelantan, not all malay get help from government. because most kelantan under PAS and it is a opponent party. Even malay will not get help from government. moreover chinese and indian? Who said no malay are more struggle than chinese? How far do you see?

A chinese malaysian university professor condeming about you being 'Tidak Waras' and 'biadab' which is lack of attitude. Polis makan rasuah is because the government false, the UMNO, MCA and MIC. Polis can makan rasuah because they don't follow Islam, or regulations. Government itself also not strengthening the regulations. Even KJ(menantu badawi) and samy vallu makan rasuah for so many projects, do we really know the figures? In which country has no rasuah? What can we do? because government is voted by the citizen itself, so who give the power to Barisan Nasional? And who cheated in election? it is barisan nasional.
Yes, rasuah is government teach them. On surface, it is only saying that 'cegah rasuah'. but in behind, there are many up level people taking rasuah especially in kastam. Polis diraja malaysia, is polis diRasuah malaysia, don't you know? Yet, we can't generalize all polis are makan rasuah, there are still follow the justice. This is undeniable. bcuz some really hate rasuah.
The professor sent son to overseas or not i don't know. I only know, BN is the seed of problems in malaysia. More and more riot will happened because the BN is bias on certain race. UMNO for malay, MCA for chi, MIC fo indian, do you think they can 100% unite?
some malay rich is bcuz makan rasuah. while some other rich bcuz they are really work hard for it. they build their own company, selling products and insurans, they started with riding motorbike to meet clients and then getting more succesful, they only can buy car. Some rich bcuz they have their own land, the land are belong to them. they develope the land by buidling house and rent to others. they got money by their own hand, without help from BN bcuz not all malay sokong BN ok. Many hates UMNO and BN.
